How long does a shoot day take?

Most single-property shoots take a half day to a full day depending on square footage and how many packages you've booked (3D scan, video, drone).

Does the property need to be furnished?

No — we shoot vacant, staged, or lived-in properties. If it's vacant, virtual staging can be added in post.

How do we host the scroll-scrubbed video on our listing page?

We deliver an embeddable version of the tour along with the raw video file, so it can go on your own site or ours.

How is a shoot priced?

Pricing depends on square footage and which packages you need — 3D tour, cinematic video, aerial, and floor plans can be booked individually or bundled.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Drone and twilight exterior work is weather-dependent — we reschedule those specific passes at no extra cost if conditions aren't right.

Do you travel outside your home market?

Yes, for larger bookings like multi-listing brokerage days or new-development campaigns. Travel is scoped into the quote.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

One full revision pass on the edit is included with every cinematic video package.

Who owns the raw footage?
